What our options describe

Our catalogue labels IP20 as non-waterproof, IP67 as silicone tube and IP68 as silicone resin. These descriptions identify the supplied options; the covering material alone does not prove a particular installation is suitable.

Check every exposed part

Strip protection does not automatically extend to cut ends, joins, connectors, controllers or the power supply. Ask how the complete assembly will be protected after cutting and installation. Do not assume an IP68 selection permits indefinite immersion under any conditions.

Choose from the family’s actual options

The regular-strip families currently list IP20. COB protection choices vary through the configurator. IP65 is not currently a selectable catalogue option, so this guide focuses on the options you can actually compare.

Understand the price change

Select protection on the product card to see the applicable total. Protected variants carry a raw-material price notice and should be reconfirmed before ordering. Some products have specific variant prices, so use the calculated price rather than assuming one universal surcharge.
